10/11/09 - Manchester: Meet Bisping tonight, Kongo on Saturday
Manchester UFC fans may like to know that Mike Bisping is in town for a fan meet and greet ahead of this weekend’s UFC 105 event.
From 18:00 to 19:30 he will be in JD Sports in the Arndale Shopping Centre, meeting fans and signing autographs.
The event has been organised to mark the launch of his UFC 105 walk-in t-shirt, produced by top urban clothing label Ecko.
Bisping has been sponsored by Ecko for some time and this is the second shirt that the company has designed specifically for him.
And later this week, UFC heavyweight Cheick Kongo is to hold a meet ‘n’ greet autograph signing session in Manchester on Saturday, the day that UFC 105 takes place at the city‘s arena.
Kongo will be at leading supplements and equipment store BodyActive alongside Wolfslair training partner and Strikeforce fighter Zach Light for a signing session from 12.00 to 14.00 on Saturday 14th November.
This will be a perfect opportunity for UFC fans who will be in Manchester for UFC 105 to meet one of the UFCs top heavyweights in person.
The event also marks the launch of a range of new TapouT t-shirts, including the TapouT-Fighters Only Magazine collaboration, the TapouT Wolfslair shirt and the Kongo signature shirt. All three will be available for purchase on the day.
UFC fans will also be able to purchase the latest edition of Fighters Only Magazine - which features Kongo on the front cover - and then get it signed by the man himself!
