21/01/09 - UFC 99: CroCop v Coleman, Ortiz returning?
Mirko 'CroCop' Filopovic is heavily tipped to be making a return to the UFC when the organisation stages its first German show later this year.
Fighters Only has been told that the Croatian is being offered several opponents, with Mark Coleman and Tito Ortiz among them.
However, Filopovic is said to be reluctant to drop to light-heavyweight and there is little chance of Ortiz or Coleman moving up to heavyweight.
The rumour that Tito Ortiz will be returning to the UFC in the summer has circulated for some weeks now.
This week, UFC sources said there is substance to the rumour, with the Germany event being a desirable return show because of the high profile Ortiz has there.
Randy Couture was supposed to be featured on the card but has pulled out citing injury and other commitments.
He was apparently offered a light-heavyweight fight with Lyoto Machida at UFC 99 but turned it down.
